About Little Thatch Annexe
The 18th Century barn, was once part of a small-holding and has been converted into a lovely and unique annexe, with its own private entrance allowing total privacy for guests. This means that you can come and go as you please, with hosts, Roger and Jo, welcoming you into the main house for a homemade breakfast in the morning.
The quaint and cosy Annexe is like a home away from home, but with all modern facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible:
Little Thatch Annexe has the following facilities:
Double bedroom with heating
En-suite shower, sink and toilet
Heated towel rail
Digital flat-screen television with Freeview
Kettle with coffee, chocolate and an assortment of teas
Guests also have use of a small outside area, with table and chairs, perfect for a glass of wine on a sunny summer's evening.
Situated in the heart of old Braunton, yet set back in a quiet location - our bed and breakfast is only a few steps away from the village pubs, shops and restaurants and a few minutes drive from the beaches of the Golden Coast.

Taken in the main house - just arrange a time with the owners that suits you. If the weather allows, you may prefer to enjoy it 'al fresco' on the patio!
Available in the main Braunton village car park opposite the Little Thatch Annexe. The car park does charge but costs incurred are covered by the owners.
Guests are able to use the washing line for drying clothes and wetsuits and may also borrow an iron and ironing board if required.
